Question 9 \u2014 Repeal of Chapter 135<\/strong>
   <\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

On November 3, 2026, Massachusetts voters will decide Question 9, a referendum on the 2024 firearms law known as Chapter 135. A No vote would repeal the law<\/strong>, while a Yes vote would keep it in place.
